The Book Club Game is a fun and empowering game that builds comprehension,
communication, and a genuine love for reading all at the same time.
Players share or read ANY story of their choice then make it come
alive as they journey through it together answering generic Questions that
pop them into the plot, celebrate the characters, explore the themes
and recreate the settings. As they savor the story together
complementary questions
guide them through the plots, characters,
themes, and settings of their own lives of the present week as
well as through these same story elements of other stories. Throughout
the game the players are also introduced to and revisit many
award winning authors as they try to figure out hints given to them
about
some of the books they have written.
Book lists that validate their answers
also provide them with a resource of excellent titles to choose from
by authors who have written many
more books to enjoy. Just knowing that a fun game awaits the sharing
of a book is a great motivator in itself. The very focus of the
game ensures focus on the elements of the story that automatically
build comprehension. The Book list suggestions
are sure to grab the most reluctant of readers and give way to some
intriguing and enlightening

as well as the bonding and soulful benefits of sharing ideas, experiences,
and imaginations.
